Return & Satisfaction Guarantee Policy

At Ahimsa Pest Service, operated by VortexC LLC, we are committed to delivering non-toxic, eco-friendly, and effective pest control, land care, mold mitigation, and emergency services. As a service-based company, our goal is to ensure your satisfaction through high-quality, ethical work that aligns with the principles of ahimsa (non-harm).

This Return & Satisfaction Guarantee Policy outlines our approach to handling service-related concerns and refund eligibility.


1. Our 111% Satisfaction Guarantee

We proudly offer a 111% Money-Back Guarantee on qualifying services as a gesture of our dedication to client satisfaction. If you are genuinely unsatisfied with a qualifying service and have allowed us an opportunity to resolve the issue, we will:

  • Refund 100% of the original service fee 
  • PLUS an additional 11% of the amount paid (where applicable) 

This policy applies to initial qualifying services only and must meet the conditions outlined below.


2. Eligibility Criteria for Refunds

Refunds or service adjustments may be offered under the following conditions:

  • Service was not delivered as promised in writing (e.g., a clear scope of work was agreed upon, and the outcome was materially different). 
  • You report the issue within 7 calendar days of service completion. 
  • You allow our team one follow-up visit to attempt to resolve the issue before requesting a refund (unless the nature      of the service reasonably prevents a return visit). 
  • The property was made reasonably accessible and free of interference during service. 


3. What Is Not Covered

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Results vary due to environmental conditions, client non-cooperation, or external factors (e.g., flooding,      construction, contamination outside of our control). 
  • You refuse a follow-up visit or decline recommended maintenance or retreatment. 
  • The request is made more than 7 days after service was performed. 
  • The complaint relates to services that were completed as per the agreed terms (e.g., a full yard was treated as      requested, but expectations were unclear or subjective). 
  • The services involve emergency response, which by nature may not be reversible or refundable due to urgency and materials used. 
  • Free estimates or consultations are not eligible for any compensation or credit. 
  • Affiliate/partner services performed by third parties (even if referred by Ahimsa) are not covered unless explicitly stated. 


4. How to Request a Refund or Service Adjustment

To request a refund or raise a service concern:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of the original service date. 
  2. Provide your name, service address, and a clear explanation of the issue. 
  3. Include photos or supporting details, if possible, to help us understand the concern.

5. Refund Processing

If your request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed using the same method of original payment, unless otherwise agreed. 
  • Refunds typically take 7–10 business days to appear on your statement after approval. 
  • If you paid by cash or check, a company check  or cash refund may be arranged. 


6. Service Credits (Optional)

In some cases, instead of a refund, you may be offered a service credit or discount toward a future visit if you prefer ongoing support. We aim to provide a solution that aligns with your satisfaction and our shared values.
